Tesselaar Tulip Festival

Hey everyone~
Most people love this season and of course, it's spring.
Maybe some of you already know that I stayed at Melbourne for my university and Australia have opposite season with some countries, such as US, Japan, Korea, etc..
So, we have spring starting from September..

At the end of September, my friends were asking me to visit Tulip Festival and because I got curious, I decided to went to the Tulip Farm.
Many families, friends, and couples were visiting this place. There were many attractions, stalls, and foods.

The theme for that weekend was Dutch. Therefore, people were dressing up and dance, while the foods and shops also supporting the theme.

After doing a quick tour throughout the place and eat, we finally went to see the Tulip.

and i saw an interesting statue, so I took the picture. lol.

As you can see, there were lots of pretty Tulip with different range of colors, from white, red, purple, yellow, pink, etc etc...

Definitely a good place to refresh, calm my mind, enjoy the nature, and take pictures (maybe just for some people, like me). LOL.

Well, this trip took me 2 hours from the city to reach this place. At first, it was kinda boring and tiring, but that's all vanished as I reach the place.
If you've got nothing much to do, you can visit this place (on spring definitely).
Last time, they've got different theme for every weekend. Hopefully there will be another event this year, but you can check their website :)

See you on my next post,

Fashion & Talks: Little Things are Big

Until now, I still remember that day..
and I still doesn't believe it really happened in my life.
It's the day when I made fashion show for my clothing works, Loli Dreamland.

In here, I'm going to share a bit about my experience and the event <3
Anyway, this post will be long. Therefore I'll be divided it into 2 parts: Talks about my experience and some details of the event.

------------------------

About my experience,
If you know me, actually I'm a 'melancholic girl' type. Yes, I'm shy, definitely not a risk-taker, i would prefer to be quiet than speaking my opinion in the public.
I was never thinking to start new things and change my negative sides to a better me.
However, everything started to change when I have a goal and dream in my life.

Besides that, I'm so thankful for continuous supports from family, friends and also internet.
Now maybe you're wondering, why internet? lol.
I've read through internet, people's experience on their journey of changing mindsets, actions, etc..
What I learn the most is about, someone will never be happy/success if you doesn't go through hardships. Those hardships is the thing that makes people become he/she is right now.
Reading one people's story to another doesn't simply make bubble light on my brain. However when I experience a similar thing, then I knew it was definitely a lesson.

Before explaining too long about my background, I'll just cut it here~ hahah.
So, what makes me still doesn't believe what I did along the process and that day were because of these reasons..

First, I can speak alone in front of many people, without fears and shaking.
It's a very rare moment when I can do that way. Inside me, I feel scared and nervous, but happiness and dreams were flowing inside my head and body. It finally leads me to forget those fear and nervous.

Second,
Imagine when you plan an event. When a person organize most of the things, we could assume this person is a leader, right?
You can say that I'm the leader of that plan. However, I think what could make that event to be success is all about teamwork. Therefore, I'll conclude that nobody is the leader.
Also, I'm so blessed and thankful to have a great team.
Even, I got many supports and help from people which I didn't request previously. Every supports, either in words or actions, it's still illustrate clearly inside my head.

Third, I get new friends which I never expected before. I have some people whom I admire and previously, I never think that I can chat freely with these people. Not only that, I'm also getting closer to some friends when we rarely talk before.

So many things happen actually, but I just didn't remember one by one. hahaha.
I know, my journey is still super duper long, but I think it's good to keep a good memories. When I'm older, I want to read this post again so that I can smile from my heart when reading it..

-----------------------

About the event,
Some of you might be wondering about the outfits which is used on the fashion show, so I'm going to share some photos. Hopefully you got some idea~

If you're also from Melbourne, left some comments below~ I wanna chat with you and get some new friends here~ I easily get bored recently because I got nothing to do here, unlike when I'm in Jakarta ;P

Lolita Fashion - The Classic Town

Once in a sunny day,
I'm going out from my castle and searching for a comfortable place to relax and feel the fresh air.

However I shouldn't go too long, because I have tea time with my family in few hours...

I decided to walk around and enjoy my surroundings: the beautiful interior, nature, and every person that I met.

and finally before coming back, I go to a beautiful garden, my favorite place where I can spent most of my time just to enjoy the nature and thankful for anything that I had.

***

I realized that I'm rarely to post my lolita coordinate outfit for dresses that I've made.
Eventhough I've made so many dresses (now already 30++), I can count with my fingers on how many dresses that I properly took pictures.
But anyway, I'm already very happy when I can wear lolita.

Thank you Okutabi Photography for taking thepictures :)
and thank you for reading this post~

Lolita Ice Cream Party

Hello, these weekend was totally a blast to me and I'm still really happy right now.

So, yesterday I attend Ice Cream Party, hosted by the 3 admins from  Lolita Fashion Indonesia .
The venue is in Magnum Cafe, Grand Indonesia (Jakarta).

After we finished eating our dishes, there's 2 mini game.
The first one is about predicting brand clothes.
In this game, we were given some dresses pictures and we should write down the brand name.

and finally I win! lol. I didn't expect at all. *dancing*
Usually I like to visit some of the brand clothes websites such as Innoncent World, Baby, Angelic Pretty, etc. Each of them actually have specialty in the design, so based on their own specialty I tried to predict~ Luckily most of my prediction is true (like 3/4 of the question), so I get the prize :')
This bow headband is from Baby The Star Shines bright, one of my favorite Lolita store <3
Among all of my handmade lolita items, I'm so happy to finally have my very first favorite Lolita brand item.

Next game's winner <3 Congrats Sasya! :D

About 12 lolitas are coming in this meet up. 9 members + 3 admins.
Here's their coordinate pictures.

and here's my photo with my coordinate that day <3
Actually I toned down my lolita style, because of some reasons X3

Some people are asking for taking picts, as I expected. lol.

and here's the awesome admins!

Some photo with friends before going home~

and some selcas with Misa! She's a blogger too <3

See you on my next post~
