Food Travel: Too Too Moo

Hello everyone,

sorry for my long absence! >w<

Few weeks ago, I got a chance travelling to Surabaya with my siblings. It was my first time travel to another city without my parents. LOL. 

We have lots of fun there~

First destination after we reach our hotel, we went to a dessert cafe named, 

Too Too Moo.

They have various desserts and some beverages. Too bad I don't have the courage to take picture for all cakes they display, because I was too shy >////< *slapped*.

The interior is really cozy. It feels like home for me <3

They also have television on the front cafe. You can play, talk, and relax in this place.

 Here's some desserts that we order

 1st dessert: Chocolate Tart (with marshmallow below the chocolate ganache and rhum)

Basically the taste is rich and fun, since they use marshmallow. However, you can feel very full after eating half of this tart. I also can't really taste the rhum when trying this tart, I think they have to put more rhum to the cake (*note: personally, I love the smell and taste of rhum). 

2nd dessert: Mango mouse (with sliced sponge cake)

This mouse is my choice and I didn't regret to order this XD I don't usually eat whole cake/desserts (I only take some bites), but for this one I can finish it by myself. LOL.

When usually you can feel very full when eating a cake, the 'sweetness' from mango in this cake won't make you 'feel sick' easily. Definitely a perfect combination for this cake!

                   
                                                                           
3rd & 4th dessert: Dark Chocolate ganache cake and raspberry macaroon

First of all, sorry I don't really remember the exact name of the last dish, but if I'm not mistaken, those are the names. The chocolate ganache is really yummy, eventhough chocolate have rich flavour, but when eating the cake, it doesn't make me full easily (I think it's from the bitter taste from dark chocolate). The chocolate sponge feels very soft and fluffy too~
As for the macaroon, I really love how it taste! The texture is soft eventhough the outer part is kinda hard. Also, it's not very sweet like other macaroon usually are.


Overall, I love the cakes in here, since the sweet level is perfect (not too sweet) and the price is reasonable too (the range is about IDR 20,000 - IDR 50,000, but most cakes are IDR 30,000).

If you visit Surabaya, maybe you can drop by this place! :)

Fashion Photography: Sweet Dessert

Few days ago, I had a chance to become a photographer (once again) and took some photos of a friend who loves lolita fashion. Both of us are not professional in modeling or photography. We just do our best in this photoshoot :)

Anyway, the dress and accessories are made by me.

As tea time already came, a girl who loves teddy bear confuse to pick a cake. All of the cake looks delicious~ 

After thinking several moments, she finally choose this cake. 

A combination of chocolate soft roll cake with matcha ice cream.

The taste is so heavenly soft, the chocolate feels melt in her mouth.

and the ice cream.. is a perfect combination with the cake. 

It's really delicious and not too sweet so she could finish this 1 plate for herself..

Her favorite tea is camomile, tea is the best compliment while eating a cake. It will neutralize the sweetness with its flowery scent..

She's really happy to visit this cafe, the interior, atmosphere, and food & drinks are so pretty with a touch of sweet and classic.

Lolita day on Anime Festival Asia (day3)

So, this post is the second part of my story on Anime Festival Asia..

When I arrived on JCC and want to redeem my ticket. I was really shocked :O I only need to wait 1 person in front of me. OMG, on the very first time after I arrived I was already lucky. 

After that, I already have a good feeling this will be an AWESOME day.

and my feeling was TRUE ~

I went to Kawaii Asian booth and get an eye makeup makeover by a friendly Japanese makeup artist. Too bad I forgot to ask her name x_x

I finally tried a pair of Eyemazing eyelashes. That's my first time trying on Japanese lashes~ eventhough I have various lashes, I never bought Japan lashes because that's too expensive TT_TT

Not only that, she also teached me some techniques on how to apply lashes. 

My next destination was the cafe. It was a combined cafe between Moe Moe Kyun & Atelier Royale.

It was fun talking with some of the maids and Butler. Shin and Shou were the butlers who served me & my friend that day :3

Some ppl are actually wants to be served by Shin, because he's good looking. Yeah, I admit he's handsome, and actually I adore his style (because I followed him on instagram) :P

Shou, he's a funny person. I also followed him on Instagram and watch his youtube channel before I met him. I wonder how he would be when he becomes a butler. LOL.

My friend's chocolate cake

When I'm enjoying my food, Misako Aoki came in to the cafe and I almost screaming. LOLOL.

She's my lolita idol, of course I'm SUPER happy when seeing her in front of my eyes <3

At that time I had a hard time to choose whether to ask Misako for a picture or not, because we are not allowed to take any photo in the cafe. Moreover, she's a special guest.

However, of course I don't want to throw my chance without trying first. Therefore, I went to her table and ask her for a photo. *innocent face*

Misako is SOOOOOOOO KIND! In total, I was like 2 times coming to her table. First, taking pictures with her. Second, asking for her photograph & giving coscard to her.

To my surprise, she gave us her lolita card :O 

The thrill and funny moment was when I went to the cashier and asking her whether I could borrow a pen. Well, actually I want to borrow the pen for asking Misako's autograph, but I didn't tell that purpose to the cashier *sorry* ;;

Finally she gave it to us, then we rushing to go to Misako's table~ When Misako were signing the paper, the cashier came and wants to took back her pen (I think she wants to use it to write new orders).  At that time, Misako only signed my friend's paper and the cashier already took back the pen :( However, the manager of cafe came and said to the cashier for giving the pen to Misako till she finished giving the autograph. Y U so kind, manager-san? :"""))) *happy tears*

-Okay, done with my fangirlin with Misako Aoki. LOLOL.

Since some of the maid are our friends so we said good bye to them~ At that time, I'm having a little chat with Shizu, she asked me where I bought the outfit and I told her that's my handmade :3 Her reaction is like, "woahhh sugoii" <3 She also told me that I looked like one of an AKB48 member (already forget the name).  -Oh well, actually I knew AKB member are much more prettier than me, Shizu-chan are just too kind~ hahahaha

Okay, here's the LAST surprise that I got..

At the time when I'm queue for cheki, all the guest cosplayer entered the cafe. So, again I saw Reika, Kaname, Ying Tze, Angie, Pinky Lu Xun, and the others in front of my eyes. Actually I already saw them on day 2, but the difference this time was there're no fan screams. 

Furthermore, before the groups sit at their table, Kaname said hello to almost every table he passed. I also got hello from him~ hahahaha XD He's so kind ya?

Last thing on that day, I watched Marble Wonderland and it's really great! However, I think it would be better if there're more models in the fashion show.

FOTD + Experience at Cait Sith Café

Last week (on 16 February) I decide to have some refreshing after finished all my try outs *yeay*. So, I went with my friend to Pluit Village Mall and we were also lucky there’s a cosplay event. That day I was really happy because I can met some of my cosplay friend, which it’s been a long time since I saw them.

In the event, there’s a café which attract me and it was Cait Sith Meascan Cafe (actually I already know the café from facebook, but if it’s crowded I already plan not to visit the café :P)

And I was so lucky, I don’t need to queue so I could straightly went in to the café.

In the café, me and my friend were welcomed by the maids and butlers. Then, we chose a table, sat, and  ordered 2 toast for us.

For me, the service was great. But, to be honest I don’t really felt like being an ojou-sama eventhough I was called by that name. I do feel they were more like my best friend :P LOL. Maybe a thing that they missed were the table manner. Actually I know some things that relates to table manner, that’s why I can state my opinion. Their (the butler&maid) gestures when we were asked to sit, give the plates and put the spoon&fork didn't look like what it should be. I mean, from what I knew actually the butler should help us with the seat when the guest want to sit or stand) but there’s no this kind of service.  Also, usually people will use fork and knife when eating toast, but in here we got spoon and fork to eat the toast x3 Other than that, when actually me and my friend ordered toast, the butler brought omurice to me and asking whether I ordered it or not, then he searched the person which ordered that >w< The impact was the people which worked in the kitchen need to make other food which I ordered (in this part maybe there’s a misunderstanding between the maid/butler with the kitchen staffs). But, I do believe the people had done their best efforts to make the guest happy and I could feel that effort. It was fun when I chat with Miki, Miyu, Tsuna, and Kei. They are really kind and funny too :P 

The best thing that I love in this café was when Kei had lose when we were playing a game. He accept that he already lose and gave us a free souvernir <3 xP I have to be honest, from Kei’s gestures and actions, I think he is a gentleman.

I also spent a good time while chatting with Miki and Miyu. They have some similarity likes with me, that’s why I enjoy chatting with 2 of them :D

In my opinion, Tsuna is a funny person. It was really fun to play a game with him (Now I already forget the name of the game that I played, but it’s like a frog that can jump if there’s a person who put a wrong key into the board).

I have some photos when I went to the cafe, but everyone weren't allowed to take photos of the maid/butler in the cafe, so I can't post many pictures here.

So far for a 1^st time experience opening the café, I think cait sith café (including the staffs) had already done a great job and I do hope next time they will be better. Good luck to all of you xD

And for me, in their next event if I had a chance to go, I’ll visit the café again :D

My story is really long, isn’t it? xD So, I’ll just straightly told my fashion of the day that I wore to the event. The pictures below will show the outfit (it’s a gyaru outfit <3 I use my pink ribbon top with pink floral lace skirt. At that time I also wore my cckids brown wig without the twintails to support the gyaru look)

I also took some photos with the coser at J-fest event. So, here's some of the photos :)

It was a fun experience and I’m glad that I could finally do a  gyaru style (since I was rarely go out because of my exams TT_TT)
